TruckerSphere is a trucking management software designed for owner-operators, fleet managers, and their drivers. Track Business Expenses: Track your business expenses to get the most out of your truck driver tax deductions. Start tracking your income and expenses while on the road with TruckerSphere! Track and record Per Diem, toll fees, parking, and more in one easy to use application.

Settlements: Enter or import settlements from your carrier, including line haul, and deductions.

Document Storage: Scan receipts and other documents on the go! Snap a picture of the document using your mobile device and upload to the app. Never lose an important document again!

Dispatch Software: Our transportation dispatch software allows you to create and view all active, assigned, delivered, and canceled dispatches, along with each load’s freight details, and load charges.

Know where your drivers are at all times while keeping your customers or broker updated. Drivers can handle their dispatch operation directly through the TruckerSphere mobile app on their mobile phone or tablet and you can instantly notify them with all dispatch details. Stay in constant contact with your driver through the entire dispatch process.

Check Calls: Drivers can notify you and/or your customer/brokers on the status of the load at any time. Cut down on unnecessary phone calls and keep everyone in the loop.

Multi-User Access: Theres no limit to the number of employees, drivers, and contractors who can download the app at no additional charge.

Chat: Improve business communication with your drivers by sharing and discussing location and shared files. Share and broadcast images, videos, trip documents, and truck locations to one or all your drivers.

Driver Settlement: Share settlement estimates and finalized settlement details with drivers or contractors.
